Parc du Domaine Vert

A solo A.T. Lane took the 7:00 am train to St Jerome with plans to meet Mile a Minute Murphy and A.G. Batchelder on the last leg of their three day excursion to the Laurentians. While trying to phone MMM, he realized he did not have the right number, and after a short ride up the P'tit train du Nord, decided to head back towards Montreal.

While headed south towards Blainville, he noticed a map showing a path thorough the Parc du Domaine Vert. Rather than take the main route south, he decided to try connecting to the Deux Montages train line.

At Blainville, he headed west, passing under the Laurentian Autoroute, and entering the Parc.

The parc itself has an extensive network of paths through the woods.

Past the woods, near Saint Augustin, the route is started as quiet roads beside farms then gradually became suburban.  A.T. passed the Deux Montagnes train station, then picked up the train at St Dorothy.
