5 November 2021 Bande Verte

 After meeting as they do, at the Shaika cafe, the members decided to try weekday riding along the Bande Verte.  Generally, due to construction this path was only available during weekends.

  After passing a few construction workers, who seemed quite happy to have us view their handiwork we paused to view the fabled brown snake condos and ladders.

 

A.T. also felt the desire to show the group where the wheel barrow is stashed, how some stray tires have made it the bottom  of the Falaise and how, if you look closely it is possible to see the Falaisosaur from the multi purpose path.

Afterwards we crossed over to Parc Turcot and headed westward along the Notre Dame sidewalk to the Tim Horton's on Dollard.  Yet another way to bike to the Lachine Canal path. 

We returned a more standard way, along the Canal path then North at the new bike crossing near Angrignon.
