13 June 2025 Friday the 13th

 G.T. Bishop kindly organized a scary Friday the 13th Bicycle tour of Montreal for the survivors of the MBC Victoria BC excursion.

 

First on the list was the Black Rock....

 Which is right beside a war memorial for Victoriatown's (aka Goose Village) WW2 veterans killed in action. 

Riding back towards the Old Port, we spotted a new creature grazing alongside the Lachine Canal.

Passing over a canal bridge, we decided to view the tunnel it replaced.

 

 

 

We stopped and pondered Mary Gallager's corner. Fortunately the building where the murder occurred was covered by a green construction meshing which seemed to provide us some sort of personal protection.

 

 

Next on the list was a statue of our first Prime Minister, who is now missing in action.  A.T. attempted to stand in for  him with little success.

 A.T. noticed that there a cannon beside the monument, one he has personal connection to.

 

  Next location was Carré Saint-Louis where there are various memorials to Emile Nelligan.

 

The tour ended at the Allen Memorial Institute, where Canada's CIA brainwashing experiments took place.
