22 June 2025 Lachine Canal and Rapids

 Recovering from the Boucherville ride, we set out again for a short tour of the Lachine Canal and Lachine Rapids.

   There seem to be two Junco Statues on the Lachine Canal, the older one of the two  is the Bug on the train bridge support.

 At the Western end of the Lachine Canal are the footsteps of Parc Rene Levesque.

 

 

On the underside of the Mercier Bridge there is a pedestrian walkway. 

 

 Moving further along the river is Vague Guy.

 We passed by some street painting on Wellington.

 Birdie even managed to get into a photo op of a passing Via Venture train....
