St Augustin, How to get there?

A.T. Lane & Dorothy Cole took the 7 am train to St Jerome. We met  W.G. Ross & Doreen Thomas on board.  They were starting a 3 day bike tour of the Laurentains.  We all stopped for a coffee at St Jerome.

Heading south, A.T. & Dorothy passed under the Laurentian Autoroute and entered the Domaine Vert.

At the western end of the forest path we decided to take a gravel road and see if it led to the village of St Augustin.

After stopping for ice cream in St Augustin, we continued on past a tiny church, then entered Deux Montagnes.

Rather than taking a train home from Deux Montagnes, we decided to ride via Île Bizard.  This involves a ferry and another path through the woods.

After returning to the Island of Montreal, we checked out a new route home that by-passes the dreaded Gouin Blvd.
