Tour du Lac des Deux Montagnes

Louis Rubenstein, G.T. Bisho and A.T. Lane took the EXO train from Bois Franc to St Dorothée, then headed to l’île Bizard aboard the Cable Ferry.

Once on that island, they posed for a few pictures and rode through the woods.  Noting along the way that turtles can also the found here as well as more southern climes.

After crossing back on to the Island of Montreal they headed west to Ste Anne de Bellevue for lunch.

After lunch, Louis decided to take a West Island train back home, while G.T. & A.T. continued with the original plan of circling Lac des Deux  Montagnes.

They crossed over the bridge at Ste Anne's, then rode over to Hudson to take the Ferry to Oka.

From Oka to Deux Montagnes, the temperature rose in the late afternoon such that when they returned to the St Dorothée train station, they were hoping for rain to break the heat.

Prayers were answered at the Bois Franc station, and the two had a wet ride back into town.
