March for Biodiversity and Human Rights
A fine crowd gathered at the monument off Parc avenue across from Jeanne Mance Parc. They marched to show their solid support for biodiversity and human rights to the delegates gathered within the Palais des congrès for COP15.
The inventiveness of the participants was inspirational. Especially captivating were the large marionettes. It was heart warming to see a few young children walking with their own home made signs. This march was really for their future Earth. It is hoped that the march was existentially beneficial to that end. There was a bitter cold breeze swirling in the shadows from buildings as the marchers moved south on Parc. It did not cool the resolve of the crowd.
