Falaise Sociable Tour

 Daisy Greville invited a potential new Montreal Bicycle Club member to a secret initiation ceremony in the Falaise St Jacques.  Queen Victoria was assigned to meet the potential new member.

After a quick inspection, she gave an approving wink to her fellow interrogator, A.T. Lane who sent the prospective member on to the second stage. Anna did an in depth interview testing her knowledge about different aspects of botany.

Soon we were at the Bande Verte, and the indoctrination to the club philosophy began in earnest.

 

Suitably prepared, the candidate began the walking portion of the test.

Additional members arrived so that quorum be established before a vote would be held on the issue. 

Of course.....the obligatory group photo was taken.

 The final test involved the identification of various birds...

The candidate passed with flying colours!!!!

To relieve the tension a quick party was organized.
