De Pedestrianized Wellington Street
A.T. took a solo ride around Montreal streets taking a few pictures as he went. Montreal has recently gone from Yellow to Orange Covid Alert.
He noticed that Wellington Street, which was pedestrianized over the summer as result of Covid 19, has been put back into it's more car friendly configuration. Hardly anyone was present.
Heading towards Old Montreal along the Lachine Canal, taking a few pictures of an old rail swing bridge and a new REM bridge.
Again at the Old Port, the absence of people was remarkable.
On Berri, the doubled bike lane capacity is still there...
Rue St Denis, under construction for the new REV, is an empty, interesting street to cycle up these days.
Avenue Mont Royal, still pedestrianized for now, had the biggest crowd of people I saw that day.
The McGill campus was empty as well, almost all the courses are online now....
