Rambling thoughts on the Victorian Age

Mrs McCormick was thinking recently about the Victorian Age in which she lived and how the bicycle was so much a part of that life.

  She stumbled upon a video of how a modern couple in New York are attempting to live as she did in her times.  That woman has a bike very similar to her own!

 

Her mind then strayed to wonder on how her son Alexander fared during his somewhat more modern times.  She checked a library book set 42 years into her future.

 Did knowing that Alexander's bicycle could always be repaired, "If the other fellow can't, Murray R. Cann" comfort her?
