23 January 2021 Walk in the Falaise St Jacques

    After a few words about parking in the Rose Bowl (Quilles G Plus) parking lot A.T. walked down into the Falaise to take some bird photos.

While waiting for the birds to arrive, he took a few photos of the plastic bags that adorn the trees in the area

He was soon greeted by a Downy Woodpecker looking back at him

However the Downy was more interested in the suet than in me

She almost made a point about looking away from me

 

 

I liked the look of the snow on her beak

A Nuthatch stopped by for a short visit

All this was watched over by a local Chickadee

Then it was time to go....
