29 July 2022 St Jean sur Richelieu

  A.T. and Claud Butler met at the Vendome train station to take the train to Candiac for their ride to St Jean Sur Richelieu.

Although the rail line continues on to the old train station in St Jean, unfortunately the EXO train only goes as far as Candiac.  It wouldn't it be great if they extended it....

There is no bike path between Candiac and St Jean, but the roads generally are quiet.  They lead to the Acadian section of St Jean.

The bike paths within St Jean are generally quite nice, as well as the beer.

The Chambly canal path was next....followed by ice cream.

Then back to Montreal...
