  Minutes of bare minimum quorums including Louis Rubenstein

& honory memberTim Casgrain on bike trip on Moscow. No need for helmets on account of “no streets with cars”, However pedestrians & other cyvlists jockeying for position etc. Prominent MBC member fell off his bike with limited damage except to pride!. But we learned history of Peter the Great, Catherine the Great, Vlad the Impaler, Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin ,Mongolian invasions, ww 1 & ww 2.
